1. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance Policy
To ensure maximum server stability, network security, and legal compliance, FastNestBD strictly prohibits the following content. Violation = Instant Account Termination + No Refund.
2. Fair Usage Policy (Resource Limits)
Our shared and reseller hosting environments require fair use of resources so every client gets optimal performance.
- Storage Purpose: NVMe SSD storage must be used only for website files and databases. No personal cloud drives or software dumps.
- ZIP Files: Delete original ZIP/Archive files after extracting website content.
- CPU & RAM: Excessive resource usage may result in temporary throttling to protect other users.
3. Data Backup Policy
We care about your data, but ultimate responsibility lies with you.
- Free 1x3 Days automatic backups included with all plans via JetBackup.
- We recommend keeping your own local or remote backups for added security.
4. Payment, Renewal & Account Suspension
Transparent billing to keep services running smoothly for everyone.
- Invoices generated before due date. Renew on time to avoid service interruption.
- Non-payment = automatic suspension. Accounts may be terminated after grace period.
5. Official Refund Policy — 80% Money-Back Guarantee
Not satisfied with our hosting? Request a refund within 7 days and get 80% of your money back.
Eligible for Refund
All hosting plans (Shared, Reseller, Student, BDIX, India) within first 7 days.
Non-Refundable
Domains, licenses, add-ons, renewal payments, and accounts terminated for abuse.
6. Account Verification & Fraud Prevention
Clients must provide valid and accurate information (Real Name, Active Email, Phone Number, Valid Address) during signup. Accounts registered with fake details or VPNs masking identity will be suspended or terminated without refund.
7. Changes to the Terms
FastNestBD reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
